The KST 30 swivel control station is designed in accordance with ergonomic guidelines and meets very high standards for comfort and ease of use. The interior control panels, which are attached to the driver’s seat, move in sync with the seat, enabling particularly intuitive operation. Thanks to mechanical adjustments for length, tilt, and height, the control panels can be optimally tailored to each individual. Optionally, the control station in Control Panel Version 1 can be expanded with additional fixed control panels.
The standard version includes internal plastic control panels that can be flexibly adjusted in height to accommodate different joystick models and can be individually equipped with customer-specific controls. In addition, external control panels made of sheet steel with a hinged cover and a locking mechanism are used. The terminal blocks are easily accessible at all times via side covers. The control and indicator devices are configured individually according to customer requirements; custom panel designs are available upon request.
The KFS 11 integrated driver's seat offers a high level of seating comfort and is equipped with a spring-swing system, oil-hydraulic vibration damping with weight adjustment, a breathable fabric cover, armrests, and a headrest.
The crossbeam with a swivel mount features a forward-hinged cover that allows easy access to cables, terminal blocks, and feed-throughs during commissioning and maintenance. The swivel mount, which is mounted without play, can be locked in 3° increments and ensures precise and secure positioning.
