The GESSMANN Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is the central point of contact for reports of potential security vulnerabilities in our products and solutions. We review incoming reports, coordinate necessary actions, and provide relevant security information.

Report a Security Vulnerability

If you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in a GESSMANN product or solution, please report it confidentially to our PSIRT.

Our PSIRT Process

Announcement

A potential vulnerability is reported to PSIRT.

Exam

The report is analyzed and evaluated for relevance and potential impact.

Coordination

If necessary, the relevant development and product teams will be involved, and actions will be defined.

Resolution

Appropriate security measures, updates, or recommendations for action are being developed.

Publication

Relevant information may be published in a security advisory, if necessary.

Responsible Disclosure

GESSMANN takes reports of potential security vulnerabilities in our products and solutions seriously. We ask security researchers, customers, partners, and others to report any identified or suspected vulnerabilities confidentially to our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).

Upon receiving a report, we review and evaluate the information provided and, if necessary, coordinate appropriate actions with the relevant departments. We ask that you not make information about a potential vulnerability publicly available before it has been properly analyzed and, if necessary, resolved.

Our goal is coordinated and responsible disclosure that helps minimize potential security risks and continuously improve the security of our products and solutions.
