Career Exploration Day at experimenta ✨
On Saturday, the Career Experience Day was held once again at experimenta. Two of our trainees staffed the Gessmann information booth in the foyer, and They generated a great deal of interest among visitors of all ages.
In addition, five other apprentices, together with our training manager, Mr. Burmester, led a workshop for about 20 interested high school students. In collaboration with the Employment Agency, we presented our apprenticeship programs and answered numerous questions from the participants.

Participating in the Career Experience Day provided an excellent opportunity to present our apprenticeship programs to a wide audience. Thanks to the great dedication of our apprentices and the training team, we were able to reach numerous interested young people and establish valuable contacts with potential future employees.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the trainees and to Mr. Burmester for their hard work and excellent preparation. Thanks to their dedication, the Career Experience Day was a successful and impressive showcase for our company. 💯
