February Recap – On the Road for Our Future Leaders
February was all about recruiting young talent. We made our presence known with two events in the region and had many interesting conversations.
🎓 ABI Future in Harmony in Heilbronn
At the ABI Zukunft event, we were pleased to welcome numerous students who were actively seeking information about their career options after graduation.
Many of our open discussions focused on training programs, dual degree programs, and opportunities for personal development within our company. We were particularly pleased by the high level of interest in practical insights and specific career paths.
🛠Apprenticeship Fair in Schwaigern
We were also represented at the apprenticeship fair in Schwaigern and had the opportunity to meet many motivated young people.
The focus here was primarily on specific apprenticeship positions, application processes, and career entry opportunities.
