The KST 32 swivel control station is designed in accordance with ergonomic guidelines and meets very high standards for comfort and ease of use. The seating system ensures a comfortable posture and promotes a healthy working position even during long shifts.
The handlebar is equipped with a memory system that allows for up to three individually adjustable seating positions per rider. Settings are conveniently saved using an RFID memory chip, so personal settings can be quickly retrieved at any time.
The electrically adjustable functions include the backrest angle, the seat angle, and the angle of the two control panels. In addition, both longitudinal adjustment of the seat (including the control panels) and separate longitudinal adjustment of the seat (without the control panels) are possible. The control panels attached to the driver’s seat move in sync with the seat cushion, ensuring ergonomic operation in any position.
The standard version includes a crossbeam with a bogie, whose sheet-steel cover—including the driver’s seat—can be folded forward. This ensures that cables, terminal blocks, and feed-throughs are easily accessible at all times during commissioning and maintenance. The bogie, which is mounted with zero play, can be locked in 2° increments, enabling precise positioning.
