The GESSbot adapts to your application—not the other way around. Our platform is fully modular and can be tailored precisely to your processes. Whether with a Z-axis lift, roller conveyor, spindle lift, rack system, changeover systems, or as a mobile cobot solution—the GESSbot transports, lifts, transfers, or interacts wherever you need it. We also work with you to implement custom configurations and integrations—quickly, thoughtfully, and ready for series production.
Flexible Operation & Integration
The GESSbot can be controlled in a variety of ways: via customizable web interfaces, push buttons and radio-frequency buttons, tablets, or desktop applications. Integration with higher-level systems such as MES, ERP, WMS, or machine control systems has already been implemented in many cases. Please feel free to let us know which interface you need—together, we’ll develop the right communication module for seamless integration into your existing environment.

How much does it cost to implement and operate the system?

Highly secure: Fleet management monitors all robots in real time, controlling priority, speeds, and restricted zones.
